Exchange & Return Policy
Hello Eden's Dream customers!
To make the business transaction smoother between us, here are our exchange and return policies! Please use the available pictures and sizing chart to minimizing errors on your order and the color of the dresses are exactly as they are in the pictures regardless of where you buy the dress from prior to buying from us. They are from the same company!
Due to the special nature of these dresses, our policy a very strict with no exceptions. This is to protect ourselves from those who try attempt to fraud us in anyway. Such as buying a dress from us and wearing it for the occasion and returning it to us with lies and used when clearly its been worn. Yes we can and will find out.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 5 day exchange and return policy for the special occasion dresses we sell. If the return or exchange is not due to our mistake, a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We charge this fee to minimize the losses incurred from shipping, handling and re-stocking (Sorry, no exceptions). No exchange or returns are accepted on our sale collection. All sales are final for the sale collection.
We Offer 2 Options
- You can exchange your dress for another size of the same dress or another style at no extra charge. You only have to pay for the return shipping and we will ship your exchange free of charge the first time.
- You can return your dress for a full refund minus 15% re-stocking fee and you are responsible for the shipping fees.
Return & Exchange Requirements
- You must request a return/exchange within 5 days of the delivery of your order (including weekends and holidays as we are available 7 days a week).
- The dress must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached.
- To be eligible for an exchange or return, your dress must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You cannot return a dress to us without first contacting us for approval of exchange or return. Returns without approval will not be accepted and returned.
- You are responsible for paying return shipping if the error is not on our end.
- Upon approving of the the return, you have 3 days to ship your dress(es). Past the 3 day return shipping period will void your return.
